Butterfly Tattoos

I am a tattoo freak! I like everything about tattoos, so when my girlfriend asked me about butterfly tattoos I asked her what she wanted.

It's fun to hear her response ... "Ahhh ... the regular butterfly tattoo guess."

OK, so all joking aside, I quickly ran some tattoos butterfly, for example:

Traditional butterfly tattoos
Celtic butterfly tattoos
Butterfly fairy tattoos
Monarch butterfly tattoos
Tribal butterfly tattoos
Flower butterfly tattoos

Needless to say, She was surprised there were so many varieties of butterfly tattoos. Not only that, there are several butterfly tattoo colors, shapes and sizes to choose from.

Seeing that my girlfriend needs help to choose the best tattoo design butterfly to put on her body, I said, "Honey, I can help you find the best butterfly tattoo for you..."

I then showed her my favorite tattoo site that has tons of tattoo designs. The site is called chopper-tattoo.com where I found my favorite tattoo designs, including the scorpion tattoo on my back.

They are the # 1 which offers a huge tattoo gallery database. You can search, download and print the best tattoo design for you. In addition, the site offers tattoo letters and the ability to search for tattoo parlors near you.

I am happy to know that my girl friend is now the proud of a beautiful butterfly tattoo at lower back which is fully in line with its personality. And, I have to say that her butterfly tattoo is very sexy!

Birds Tattoo Designs

Bird tattoo designs are as numerous as the birds in the sky.  From the commonest songbird to the most exotic jungle bird, these are the most unique tattoos that you can get.
Bird Tattoo
Bird tattoos, like all animal tats, are a way for someone to show a love of the outdoors and connection with nature.  Nature’s color palate is endless, and tattoos do their best to imitate life.  Lovebirds (Apogernis) are a small species of parrot mostly found in Africa.  Lovebird tattoos can vary widely in their design and coloration.  To ensure the symbolism of love is clear, the birds should be shown in pairs or with a heart.
Swallow tattoos, as well as nautical stars and cherries, are popular tattoos among rockabilly girls and retro chicks.  During the prime of rockabilly music, these were the most common tattoos, so people often choose swallows for nostalgic reasons.  Swallow tattoos also symbolize loyalty and fidelity because swallows are a rare example on monogamy in nature—they choose only one mate in their lifetime.
As the eagle is an important symbol of the United States, eagle tattoos are common for the brave men and women who serve as police officers, firefighters, and soldiers.  The eagle is rarely alone in most tattoo designs.  The designs and styles available for the eagle are innumerable.  Whether depicted with its wings spread wide or in a roosting position, the eagle is always an eye-catching sight.  For larger eagle tattoos, the most important details are in the feathers.
Bird tattoos are popular with both men and women, and the wide variety of birds can emphasize the masculine or feminine.  This kind of tattoo really demonstrates a strong sense of self pride independence.

Back Tattoos

For ten plus years, the lower back has been a very popular among girls.  Lower back tattoos are powerfully yet delicately sexy because they highlight the female body's natural curves thus drawing a man’s attention to her natural assets.  Since the female body isn’t likely to change over time, lower back tattoo designs will continue to remain popular.  Paired with a midriff baring tank top and low-rise jeans, you will be sure to attract a lot of attention.
Bird Tattoo
All kinds of lower back designs are available, which means it won’t be hard to find one that is unique.  Look for inspiration at your local studio or try any of the numerous online image galleries.  A really good idea for the back is to use flowers.  The flower of your choice—be it lotus, roses, tulips, orchids, or cherry blossoms—can blossom from the center in a symmetrical or asymmetrical pattern. Another great idea is to get a tattoo with mystical or religious properties.  If you love a particular culture then tap into its mythology for inspiration.
The lower back has become the hot spot to write out slogans in an elaborate script, especially the exotics writings of the Eastern languages such as Chinese characters or Arabic script.  Buddhist-inspired designs like a laughing Buddha, Sanskrit writing, and quotations of the Tao teh Ching all come from the Eastern cultures.  Think about a prayer or mantra that is meaningful to you and can be written in its traditional language.
The popularity of animals is unlikely to dwindle anytime soon, and the choices are endless--from ubiquitous image of a butterfly to a giant Bengal tiger.  Some of the most requested animals include dolphins, hummingbirds, horses, and unicorns.  The ideas are virtually endless, with some having better effect than others.  Angel wings or shooting stars inspire awe with their celestial beauty.  Any design you desire can be placed on the lower back, but the tattoos which look best have symmetrical imagery.
Incorporating a word or phrase into an otherwise common design is a clever and easy way to personalize a tattoo.  Popular sentiments include “pride” and “faith”.  If the design is intricate and the tattoo is well done, the phrase will be hidden and unnoticed at first glance.
Before committing to the real thing, try out the look with a temporary tattoo.  You'll get a sense for what it will be like to have a tattoo for the rest of your life.  Be certain to wear loose fitting clothing to the parlor so the tattooist can access your desired area without you having to take off your clothes.  Moreover, make sure that the clothing isn’t likely to irritate the new tattoo, which will be sensitive for a few days.  Friction hampers the healing process and if severe can lead to an infection.
Woman often go for tattoos on the lower back, and it is well chosen.  A tattoo in that area accentuates the natural curves making her sexier and more feminine.  A beautiful body makes a beautiful canvas for ink.
